Mercedes-Benz Toowong has been awarded for being the highest achieving dealership for 2015, by Mercedes-Benz Australia.

The Crown Casino in Melbourne’s Southbank precinct played host to the annual Mercedes-Benz Dealer of the Year awards last week. The gala awards ceremony, held in the famous Palladium Ballroom, celebrated the outstanding achievements of the Mercedes-Benz Australia dealer network for 2015.

The annual awards recognise the exceptional performance of Australia’s Mercedes-Benz dealerships and their staff, acknowledging the New Vehicle Sales, Pre-Owned Vehicle Sales and the Service and Parts components of the business.

The coveted Mercedes-Benz Cars ‘Metropolitan Dealer of the Year’ was awarded to Mercedes-Benz Toowong. Dealer Principal Angus Young, collectively with his outstanding team, delivered a year of exceptional customer service to be awarded the title of ‘2015 Metropolitan Dealer of the Year’.

The highly prized Mercedes-Benz Cars ‘Rural Dealer of the Year’ was awarded to Baker Motors in Albury. Recognised for excellent all-round customer service standards throughout the year, Dealer Principals David and Martin Baker were presented the award on behalf of the dealership.

Mr Horst von Sanden, CEO and Managing Director, Mercedes-Benz Cars Australia/Pacific expressed his gratitude to the entire Mercedes-Benz dealer network for their concerted efforts to customer service throughout yet another record breaking year.
